Undertale AU UnderTrust

Been thinking a lot of my Undertale AU Undertrust, want to keep developing it. Been seeing other AU’s with lots of changes on the world, not just some details and that got my mind running.
What would happen if (plus what I’ve already changed) the Underground had gone through a major division:
-(Fight) There’s the ones behind the King, who decided to wait no more and take one of the human souls to go out and kill humans to destroy the barrier (but before able to fuse, someone broke the humans’ souls free).
-(Mercy) Then there’s the group (probably behind the Queen) who want to protect humans and believe there must be another way out without the need to kill innocent people. And have sworn to protect any human who falls down.
-(Neutral? Act?) The middle ground, monsters who have chosen to support none of the sides, just want to be left alone at peace, go out the surface someday, they don’t want to get into the fight or are afraid to do so.
